Terms of Service

Voy de Cero a IA provides bilingual online lessons, quizzes, AI-assisted practice feedback, and a members' community. We may add, change, or remove content and features over time.

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

Paid access is sold as a recurring monthly subscription, billed in advance through Stripe on the day you subscribe and on the same day each following month until you cancel.

Pricing tiers are purchasing-power adjusted; the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, is the amount charged. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.

Free lessons remain available to any signed-in member without a subscription.

You can cancel at any time from Settings or the Dashboard using the "Manage subscription" button, which opens the Stripe billing portal.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for, after which your account reverts to free access.

Because access to the full curriculum is granted immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not pro-rate partial months.

If you were charged in error, were double-billed, or the service was materially unavailable, email Onemindfocus26@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review and, where warranted, refund it. Statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected.

Practice feedback and scores are generated by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) and may be incomplete or wrong. They are educational guidance only and are not professional, legal, financial, or employment advice. Verify anything you rely on.

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content; no spam or scraping; no attempts to break authentication or access other members' data; no reselling or bulk-redistributing course content; no automated abuse of the AI practice feature. We enforce a fair-use limit on AI practice submissions per day.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund where the violation is serious.

Course content, text, and design are owned by Voy de Cero a IA and licensed to you for personal, non-transferable learning use while your account is active.

You keep ownership of what you write in practice exercises and community posts, and you grant us a licence to host, display, and process that content in order to operate the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
