Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password, handled by our authentication provider. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile name.

Profile data you provide: your full name, preferred language (English or Spanish), country, and your learning track (worker or entrepreneur).

Learning data: which lessons you open and complete, quiz answers, streaks, XP totals, and the text you submit in practice exercises together with the AI feedback and score returned.

Community data: posts, comments, and likes you create, which are visible to other signed-in members.

Billing data: subscription status, plan tier, renewal date, and identifiers issued by Stripe. We never receive or store full card numbers.

Technical data: basic log and error information needed to keep the service running and secure.

To create and secure your account, deliver lessons, track your progress, generate AI feedback, operate the community, process your subscription, and provide support.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your practice submissions for advertising.

When you submit a practice exercise, the text you wrote — along with the lesson prompt — is sent from our servers to Anthropic's API so that a Claude model can evaluate it and return written feedback and a score.

Please do not include sensitive personal information, confidential business data, passwords, or payment details in practice submissions.

Your submission and the returned feedback are stored in your account history so you can review them later. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly on Stripe's hosted checkout and are never transmitted to or stored on our systems.

We store only the subscription metadata Stripe sends us (customer and subscription identifiers, status, plan tier, period end) so we can grant or revoke access.

We share data only with providers that make the service work: Supabase (database, authentication, hosting of your account data), Anthropic (AI evaluation of practice submissions), and Stripe (payments). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated learning data at any time by emailing Onemindfocus26@gmail.com; we will action the request within 30 days, except for records we must retain for tax or accounting purposes.

Deleting your account cancels access immediately; it does not by itself refund an in-progress billing period.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at Onemindfocus26@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

Access to your data is protected by authentication and row-level database security rules so that you can only read and write your own records. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of any material breach.

The service is not intended for anyone under 16 years of age.
